It is the duty of all qualified brokers, to be well informed on current market conditions in order to properly advise clients of the fair market value. To the best of our ability, our team protects our clients and the public against fraud, misrepresentation and unethical practices in the yacht brokerage field. We must get all the facts concerning all vessels for which we accept listings. This aids us in providing a fair description of your boat.

A quality Salesperson Broker and Broker, is a professional and must always protect and promote the interests of their client. Our clients and the service we provide them is our first priority. However, we must always transact business with all parties ethically, honestly and fairly. 

This creed also applies to cooperating brokers, marinas and their managers, ship yards, surveyors, and all maritime related entities.
